|  APPEARANCE NOTES: "Shredder" is rarely seen without his armor on. It consists of      |
|    several plates with curved spikes protruding from them, notably attached to his     |
|    shins, forearms, hands, and shoulders. A large helmet with three spikes and a       |
|    lower half face mask generally accompanies, as well as a dark purple or blue        |
|    uniform beneath. It should be noted that all of his armor is sharpened to a razor   |
|    fine edge.                                                                          |

|  KNOWN INFORMATION: Oroku Saki came to New York in the early 1980s, persuing a life    |
|    of crime as the leader of the American sect of the Japanese Ninjitsu crime          |
|    organization, the "Foot Clan". He also appears to have had some personal            |
|    motivation in the move, following the trail of Hamato Yoshi. Oroku claims that      |
|    Hamato caused the death of his elder brother in Japan in a fight over a woman, and  |
|    eventually killed him.                                                              |

|    Oroku has had several charges filed against him in the state of New York, but has   |
|    so far evaded capture using his ninjitsu techniques and powerful influence over     |
|    his Foot Clan army. It is recommended that any attempt to capture or subdue this    |
|    criminal be made with the utmost caution.                                           |
